Dudzai Mudenha is the Salesforce Practice Lead at CloudSmiths, a Dynamic Technologies group company and a valued Salesforce partner. Mudenha’s role at CloudSmiths includes helping the team deliver great Salesforce solutions for CloudSmiths’ clients and ensuring that every team member has the tools and guidance they need to grow and succeed. She says, “I’m a bit of a coach, a bit of a strategist, and always ready to jump in wherever I can add value. I love that I get to work with an amazing team of developers, consultants, analysts and architects who make a real difference to our clients.”

Mudenha adds, “Our partnership with Salesforce is key to what we do. Mudenha has been with CloudSmiths for several years. She started as a Senior Consultant, and says that from there, things just took off! “Over time, my role shifted from being hands-on with clients to leading the Salesforce practice, which has given me a whole new perspective. It’s an incredible journey and I’m constantly learning and growing alongside a team that inspires me every day.”

Working at CloudSmiths has pushed Mudenha to up her game. It’s a fast-paced, client-centred environment, so she has learned to be both adaptable and strategic. “Every day here has strengthened my Salesforce expertise, and it has made me a better leader. The balance of technical depth and the big-picture perspective is something I really value.”

Her biggest challenge is juggling multiple projects with different client needs, but that also keeps it interesting. The reward, she says, is seeing what the impact is of what she does, whether it’s a client breakthrough with the team or a team member reaching new heights. “Those moments make it all worthwhile.”.

It helps that CloudSmiths believes in supporting their employees. Mudenha says, “CloudSmiths invests in us. Mudenha has advice for young people, particularly women, looking to enter the ICT space. “Don’t be afraid to speak up and take on challenges. The tech industry needs different perspectives, and your voice really does matter. Also, find mentors and build a support network. For women especially, having people who encourage you makes a huge difference.”

She’s a great believer in pushing yourself and not accepting limitations without question. “Growth begins at the end of your comfort zone. I think it’s so important to keep challenging yourself and push your boundaries. This mindset keeps me motivated and helps me inspire my team to take on new challenges too.”
